Dog owners seem to be at odds when it comes to cropping ears and/or tails. Should you have your dog's ears and/or tails cropped just because that is the standard for that breed? For example, the standard for Great Danes is to have their ears cropped, but not their tails. The standard for Rottweilers is to crop the tail, but not the ears. Dobermans have both the ears and tail cropped.
